rico:history "Notary Office in Farnad was established based in 1886 based on the Law Article XXII. Competence of this notary office remained the same until 1945. The First Vienna Arbitration and subsequent annexation of southern Slovakia by Hungary did not lead to profound changes of the territorial competence of notary offices.
