_Arbetsutskottet för hjälp åt Polens judar_ (Working Committee for Aid to the Jews of Poland or Hilfskomitee für Juden im Generalgouvernement) was established in October 1941 and operated until July 1942.
The committee was later succeeded in 1942 by Arbetsutskottet för hjälp åt Europas judar_ (Working Committee for the Jews of Europe). Its activities included sending food parcels, clothing and medicine to Jews in Poland and providing cash grants to Jewish children in France. It also carried out searches for Jewish deportees on behalf of relatives and others.
The archive is a sub-archive of the Jewish Community of Stockholm's archive, which was deposited with the National Archives in 1983, with several additional deliveries later.
