Hij is een bezoeker van de Amsterdamse homobars: Blonde Saar,Rigo Bodega, Cafe Nol Selderhof, Café van Ome Henk en Bet van Beeren. Hij is getuige van een inval door de bezetter in de Rigo Bodega, maar niemand wordt meegenomen. Hij is aanwezig op homofeestjes bij vrienden thuis. Wordt opgepakt en in Duitsland te werk gesteld. Bij terugkomst in Nederland duikt hij onder bij twee homobroers om niet te werk gesteld te hoeven worden. Met één van de broers krijgt hij een verhouding. Getuige vertelt over de diverse ontmoetingsplaatsen die de Amsterdamse homoscene rijk is in de oorlog en beschrijft de diverse Joodse homovrienden die hij daar heeft ontmoet."@nl ;
