Бессарабский директориат административных дел организован на оккупированной территории Бессарабии на основе закона румынского правительства от 4 сентября 1941 г. Директориат осуществлял контроль за исполнением законов, инструкций вышестоящих органов; руководство, надзор и координироване деятельности органов местного управления на оккупированной территории, и имел следующую структуру: административный отдел, отдел местного управления, экономический отдел, финансовый отдел, отдел личного состава. Директориат ликвидирован в августе 1944 г.
Directorate of administrative affairs of the Bessarabian government is organized in the occupied territory of Bessarabia on the basis of the law of the Romanian government of September 4, 1941. The directorate monitored the implementation of laws and instructions of higher authorities; also implemented leadership, supervision, and coordination of local government activities on the occupied territory. The directorate had the following structure: administrative department, local government department, economic department, financial department, and personnel department. The directorate was liquidated in August 1944
