"The first part of the file are index pages (about newspapers and the whereabouts of Schmitt's record). The second part is a letter dated October 23, 1936 from the SD-Hauptamt (Main Security Office), department II 22, to SD-Oberabschnitt (Superior District) Rhein: [Paul] Gieseke (as representative of the University of Marburg) protested against the conference on Jews organized by Schmitt. He held the following arguments: a) Schmitt fiercely attacked the Jew Erich Kaufmann at the conference, a former trusted friend from his time in Bonn. b) Still in 1933 Schmitt had been inviting Jews to his house. He is not credible to lead the struggle against Jewry. It is requested to contact [Paul] Gieseke to get more details and documents. The third part of the file is bearing a stamp\"Reichsführer SS. Der Chef des Sicherheitshauptamte\" (National leader SS. Head of the Main Security Office) in the left upper corner, followed by II/22 indicating the department and PA 651 standing for Schmitt's file record number. The report is dealing with the elimination of Schmitt from the Akademie für Deutsches Recht (Academy of German Law). The following names are mentioned: [Wilhelm] Stuckart, [Karl] Lasch, [Werner] Weber and [Bernhard Ludwig von] Mutius. The last part is a report from the 2nd of December 1936 bearing the same stamp of the Reichsfuehrer SS and signed by [Werner] Braune. After Schmitt's elimination from the Academy of German law and\"Nationalsozialistischer Rechtswahrerbun\" \"National Socialist Association of German Legal Professional\"), he started new activities, dealing with Law of Nations. He wants to use his good relations with the leader of the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (German Academic Exchange Service) branch in Rome, Mr. Blahut (a catholic) and the famous Italian Professor of Law of Nations Costa Magna (who has won Mussolini's favor) to establish a new Institute of Law of Nations. This and his trip to Rome have to be prevented by all means."@eng . "1 electronic resource (9 pages)"@eng . . "[Carl Schmitt documents - Reports of the SD mentioning Paul Giseke]"@eng . . . .
