The file includes handwritten notes on the history of the Bukovina. It also includes copies of excerpts from the commemorative edition"Alma mater Francisco-Josephina - Festschrift zu deren 25-jährigen Bestand" by Anton Norst, published for the 25th anniversary of the founding of the university, Czernowitz 1900. Some of the handwritten notes are hard to read or crossed out.
