The file contains one typewritten copy of an extract of the so-called „Gesetz zur Änderung von Vorschriften des Strafrechts und des Strafverfahren“, the „Law for the amendment of the Provisions of Criminal Law and Procedure” enacted on April 24, 1934. The copy includes the three first paragraphs of the law’s third article regarding the creation of the “Volksgerichtshof”, the supreme court for treason offenses under the law of Nazi Germany. The second page of the document is a typewritten supplement regarding the extension of competences of the “Volksgerichtshof” by the “Verordnung über Zuständigkeit der Strafgerichte, der Sondergerichte und sonstiges Strafverfahrensrechtliche Vorschriften” („Decree on Jurisdiction of Criminal Courts, on Special Courts, and on Other Procedural Provisions”) of February 21, 1940. Furthermore, the file contains a typewritten quote by Heinrich Felix Parrisius.
