The file of five pages contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Prague in December 1944. The court had decided to sentence Jaroslaus Votava (*1923, Klein-Klotzan) to death due to illicit owning of stolen weapons. According to the judicial accusations, Votava had stolen a gun and driven to Prague with forged papers (armed forces documents that approved him free train tickets) to visit family – there, scared of being caught, he had even started to assume a forged identity as a sergeant mayor.
