The file contains the verdict of Rudolf Petlan (born on 15 March 1892 in Prague), a man from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. In November 1942 the defendant attacked a German officer and used Anti-German slurs in a coffeehouse. After a fight German soldiers managed to arrest him. Petlan was found guilty of sabotaging the coexistence between the German and the Czech people. Petlan was sentenced to death in 1942.
