Hubert Schrübbers was born on November 3, 1907, in Recklinghausen, Germany. He was a German jurist and from 1955 to 1972 he was president of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution . In 1948, Schrübber became chief prosecutor at the Supreme Court of the British Zone .On August 1955, he was appointed President of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution.
