"PROSECUTION WITNESS OF AUERBACH TRIAL CONVICTED Karl Diekow, whose sworn testimony was mainly responsible for the conviction and subsequent suicide of Philip Auerbach, has been sentenced for perjury by the local Court of Appeals.
