Kenneth Hugh De Courcy was a British editor, proprietor of several English magazines like the Weekly Review and the Intelligence Digest, member of the committee of the Exangelical Alliance, was involved in land purchasing in Africa and was accused of forgery and other offences, and was sent to prison for 4 years -- (Stanford University Libraries)
