The file contains various typewritten documents in English and German regarding the anti-Semitic content in textbooks for children in Germany published in 1950. The first document is the “Report on two Extracts which appeared in a Reader (Lesebuch) printed by the Pädagogischer Verlag Schwann, Düsseldorf” written by Major T.J. Leonard from the British administration’s Education Branch located in the city of Bünde in June 1950. Furthermore, the file contains articles on the topic published in “The Times Educational Supplement” and in “Die Neue Zeitung” in 1950.
