The letters and reports are part of a folder entitled “Reichsstatthalter in Baden – Elsass / XXII-3-Polizei, Hinrichtungen, Exekutionen”. In his letters to Wagner, Kaul gives details about the Polish civilians, and the date and place of the planned executions.
