The assortment of files contains various Anti-Nazi propaganda newspapers and leaflets published between 1932 and 1945 by different European and American political groups and associations, mainly from France, Czechoslovakia, Germany, the United States, Sweden, and Austria. The first part of files contains extracts from the French newspaper"L'Aub" (1939) known for its Anti-Nazi orientation. The second part includes issues of the Austrian newspaper"Arbeiter-Zeitun" (1936) published by the Socialist Party in Exile and covering the political development in Nazi-Germany and the Austrian-German relations. Furthermore, the second part contains journals published in the United States by German and French Anti-Nazi groups: two issues of"Der Anti-Faschis" (1938), the organ of the"Club of German Anti-Fascist" (Club deutscher Antifaschisten) as well as three issues of the"Alsace and Lorraine New" (1944) published by the"Committee for the Defense of the Rights of Alsace and Lorrain" in New York. The third part of files contains documents of various origin: three issues of the French newspaper"L'Alger républicai" published in Algeria in 1944; one issue of the newspaper"Alarm - Kampfblatt gegen alle Feinde der Republi" published in Berlin in July 1932; two typewritten leaflets in German and French published by the"Internationale Hilfs-Vereinigun" published in Paris after 1933; and one issue of the newspaper"Nordens Frihe" (1942), the organ of the Swedish association"Samfundet Nordens Frihet''. The fourth part of documents includes one issue of the journal"Notre Actio" published by the"Ligue Internationale Scolaire contre le Racisme et l'Antisémitism" (1937), and three typewritten newsletters published by the"Czechoslovak Trade Union Centr" in London (1944). The fifth file contains one issue of the journal"Bildungsarbeit - Blätter für sozialistisches Bildungswese" published in Vienna in 1933.
