The file contains the verdicts of Wenzel Střibrný (born on 26 June 1898 in Wodnian), Franz Lukeš (born on 30 August 1915 in Domoras) and Karl Dunovský (born on 18 November 1914 in Drahonitz). The defendant Wenzel Střibrný was accused of having repaired the short waive receiver in nine radios. Furthermore, he regularly listened to foreign radio broadcasts including British news in Czech language. Střibrný was found guilty of disturbing public life and sentenced to death in 1944. The defendants Franz Lukeš and Karl Dunovský were accused of aiding the repairing of short waive receivers by making or installing replacement devices. Moreover, Lukeš repeatedly listened to foreign radio broadcasts. Both defendants were found guilty. Lukeš was sentenced to five years of penitentiary. Dunovský was sentenced to six years of penitentiary.
