The defendants Jarmila Ševiola, Viktor Tichopad and Alfred Bronček were found guilty of large-scale illicit trade with textiles. All three received the death sentence. Lilly Hruška, Marie Večerka, Anton Palička, Rona Hörl, Franzisak Tyrlik, Marie Kurka and Franz Richter were found guilty of illicit trade with textiles. Hruška received a two-year prison sentence. Večerka was sentenced to two years of penitentiary. Palička and Hörl were sentenced to one year and six months of prison. Tyrlik was sentenced to six months of prison and Kurka to eight months of prison. Richter was sentenced to one year and six months of penitentiary.
