The file contains the verdicts of Stanislaw (born on 6 August 1890 in Osowka) and Bonifacius Potorski (born on 14 May 1921 in Uschin), Jan Grodek (born on 28 December 1893 in Olszewo) and Leon Olszewski (born on 21 September 1890 in Olszewo). Stanislaw and Bonifacius Potorski, father and son, were accused of having slaughtered 20 pigs and one cow without permission. They failed to report the slaughter and pay the taxes. They were also accused of using the shortage of meat to demand higher prices for their products. Both men were sentenced to death and executed in October 1942. The defendants Grodek and Olszewski each sold a pig to Bonifacius Potorski in 1941. The defendants knew that Potorski would slaughter the pigs illegally. The defendants were found guilty of abetting slaughter tax evasion. They were both sentenced to one year of penitentiary and a fine of 200 RM.
