The defendants were found guilty of hiding and illegally trading with grain. Emil Prochazka was sentenced to death. Karl Louček, Josef Pařez and Alois Verdan were each sentenced to five years of penitentiary. Josef Hrdy and Anton Müller were each sentenced to four years of penitentiary. Anton Dalecky received a sentence of two years and six months of penitentiary. Josef Bilek and Josef Pecka were each sentenced to two years of penitentiary. The defendants Vladimir Skarka, Rudolf Janak and Hybler each received a sentence of one year and six months of penitentiary. Josef Daněk was sentenced to one year of penitentiary.
