Rudolf Hess gave in 1936 a speech about the great work of the Deutsche Arbeitsfront, an other document why there can and may not be any wage increases at the moment. In particular, the question of equalizing wages between better and poorer earners is addressed here. Information about the religious denomination is also provided. With a party member and National Socialist, a religious basic attitude is of course a requirement, without having to have an active religious connection.
