The file contains several documents by the Centralverein Deutscher Staatsbürger Jüdischen Glaubens (Central Association of German Citizens of Jewish Faith), Deutsches Komitee Pro Palästina zur Förderung der Jüdischen Palãstinasiedlung (The German Committee for the Promotion of the Jewish Palestine Settlement) and by the Verein zur Abwehr des Antisemitismus (Association for the Defense of Antisemitism). The Verein zur Abwehr des Antisemitismus has published some leaflets on the guidelines for the respective local groups, including their responsibilities and duties. Also an index of names of the chairman as well as of the committee can be seen. Centralverein Deutscher Staatsbürger Jüdischen Glaubens published a protocol of the general assembly in February 1928 in Berlin. Main topics discussed on this meeting were: general question of German Jews, Furthermore correspondences with the Warburg family, particularly with Moritz and Aby S. Warburg are included in the file. The Warburgs were involved in various working groups and committees in Hamburg, engaged especially for internal peace, religious freedom and against Antisemitism. Furthermore antisemitic working methods and the fight against it are presented in a flyer. Correspondences with the senator August Lattmann, regarding the appointment of Aby S. Warburg to the committee on internal peace and informations about the committee in general are attached.
