The file contains the verdict of Adalbert Mika (born on 23 April 1899 in Obtschau). After a police control in 1941 a gun was found in Adalbert Mika's home. The defendant was accused of owning a gun without having a license for it. Furthermore, he was in possession of munition. Mika was also charged with having committed theft on several instances in 1941. In particular he stole animals such as chicken. The defendant was sentenced to death for illegally possessing a weapon and munition and continued theft. The sentence was carried out in early 1943.
