The file contains the verdict of Anna Matyašorsky (born on 28 April 1901 in Tschisowitz), Marie Berger (born on 12 September 1916 in Tschisowitz) and Wenzel Tlustý (born on 15 December 1892 in Katschitz). In 1943 Johann Čerstvý, a communist wanted by the police, was given shelter by the Matyašorsky family for several days until he moved to another home, belonging to Marie Berger's parents. There he stayed for several months until he returned to Matyašorsky. Furthermore, he stayed with Tlustý in 1942. All three defendants were found guilty of supporting and not reporting the wanted man. Matyašorsky and Tlustý were sentenced to death in 1944. Marie Berger was sentenced to four years of penitentiary.
