The file contains the verdicts of Josef Beloubek (born on 20 January 1918 in Radotin), Magdalena Hübsch (born on 22 June 1912 in Radotin), Miroslaus Jindra (born on 8 October 1899 in Prague), Premysl Jindra (born on 13 September 1924 in Prague), Anton Polanecky (born on 15 April 1900 in Radotin), Franz Vodrazka (born on 8 June 1901 in Teltschowes), Hugo Zvonecek (born on 31 March 1904 in Königssaal) and Anna Smolc (born on 20 March 1878 in Beneschowitz). They were found guilty of possessing or helping someone to possess illegal weapons and ammunition. From 1937 to 1939 Josef Beloubek acquired three useable weapons and approximately 130 rounds of ammunition. He hid parts of his belongings in Miroslav Jindra's garden. Anna Smolc ceded him at least 1200 rounds of ammunition. Josef Beloubek bartered with Anton Polanecky and Hugo Zvonecek. Franz Vodrazka knew of Josef Beloubek's Poacing-Activity. Josef Beloubek was sentenced to death; Anton Polanecky, Hugo Zvonecek and Anna Smolc got punished with three years in a penitentiary; Franz Vodrazka was ordered to spend one year and three months in a penitentiary; Magdalena Hübsch, Miroslaus and Premysl Jindra were acquitted.
