The file contains the verdict of the 21-year-old Kurt Kasper (born on 2 June 1923 in Lobositz). He is the son of a German man and a Jewish woman. Two or three days after the attack on Hitler at the Führer's headquartes on 20 July 1944 the defendant expressed his grief that the attempted assassination was not successful. He was sentenced to death.
