1 electronic resource (3 pages)
The file contains the verdicts of Karl Fejk (born on 17 December 1893 in Weisskirchen) and Anna Fejk (born on 30 March 1895 in Jaermer), a married couple. Just before Christmas an old acquaintance of Karl Fejk asked him to lodge a colleague of his, the communist official Anton Zadnisek, who was being searched for – Karl Fejk agreed to let him stay. At Easter Zadnisek came by again – because the defendant's son was at home as well, Zadnisek had to be introduced as an uncle from the Czech Sudetenland. In June of 1944 Zadnisked had to be accommodated again – he spent two nights at the Fejk's house. Karl and Anna Fejk were found guilty of lodging an enemy of the Reich and were sentenced to death.
