Josef Dostalek is accused of putting a part of his harvest in his own pocket (economic war crime and sabotage). On December 17 1942 he was exposed by official Ung. Hradisch to have hidden barley, grain and poppy seeds. Josef Dostalek stated that he intended to dry his harvest and deliver the rest in the near future.
