Personal letter to Max Furler and several copies of the letter to different addressees from 19th of July accusing Furler of antisemitic insults. A letter from 29th of August 1938 stating that the affair was solved. A long statement of Furler to the Chamber of Lawyers from 30th of April 1943 referring to accusations of Lifschitz from 28.3.43. The statement reveals that Lifschitz accuses Furler of having made disrespecting comments about him. Part of the accusation is Furler's antisemitic attitude which he confirms in his statement. He ends his statement with the counter accusation that Lifschitz misconducted three cases. Excerpt of the protocol of the Chamber of Lawyers Bern from 27th of September 1943 that states that Furler takes back his accusations and Lifschitz therefor takes back his complaint. A long statement of Lifschitz to the Chamber of Lawyers in Bern by Lifschitz from the 8th of March 1943 refering to a stetement of Furler from 15.2.43. in which he he writes that Furler is an Antisemite and Frontist.
