The abstract of 52 pages informs about the investigations against Loosli and Leonhardt, as well as against Toedtli and Fleischhauer. Loosli and Leonhardt were accused of honor defeat, Toedtli and Fleischhauer for espionage. Furthermore the trials have been discussed and explained, informations about the defendants exchanged, general information about anti-Semitic propaganda and newspaper clippings and informations about the Toedtli archive. The Bern police charged him under Article II of the Swiss Espionage and confiscated his archive.
