The file contains the court protocols of the second session of the Bern Trial on the 29th of April 1935 in the afternoon. At the beginning of this session Baumgarten continues to present and discuss his expertise statement. He started to present his expertise in the first session of the Bern trial in the morning on the same day. He declared the Protocols of the Elders of Zion as a plagiarism and a forgery produced by helpers of the tsarist Russian Okhrana. Furthermore he explains in detail Zionism and denied any connection between Bolshevism and Zionism or Judaism. At the end of his statement the other lawyers had the opportunity to ask questions and to challenge his statement.
