"The file contains a confirmation letter by Antonia Porphyrjewna Manjkowsy, born as Suchotin, regarding her knowledge about S.A. Nilus and the 'Protocols of the wise man of Zion'. She was born in 1869 as a daughter of Nikolajewitsch Suchotin and cousin of Alexej Nikolajewitsch Suchotin. In 1890 she met S.A. Nilus, who lived in the house of her aunt. Further more she knows that Philipp Stepanoff printed and published the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion' in Russia. She argues, the topic was discussed quite often in Russia, which is why everyone knew. Also notes, regarding the statement of Antonia Porphyrjewna Manjkowsy, are attached. As she said that Nilus was living in the place of her aunt and later inherited it.
