The file contains informations regarding the 'Stürmer Prozess' (Stürmer trial) in Nuremberg, Germany in 1929. 'Der Stürmer' was an anti-Semitic weekly published newspaper, founded in 1923 by Julius Streicher in Nuremberg. 'Der Stürmer' used a particularly inflammatory language and was characterized by drastic - in portraits of so-called"racial offense" pornographic-reports, pictures and cartoons. The newspaper was not an official NS publication, but Streicher's private collection. Main document contained in this file is the verdict of the jury in Nuremberg. In the trial against Karl Holz, as a salesman and Julius Streicher, as chief editor and responsible of the journal the 'Stürmer' both defendants were charged because of the anti-Semitic article published in the 'Stürmer'. The two defendants were found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment of 3 1/2 months and the court ordered the destruction of anti-Semitic documents, plates etc. In total the document comprises 61 pages. In addition other trial relevant documents and protocols can be seen.
