An essay of Wagener about the Economic tasks of a National Socialistic state from 1930. Wagener formulated an original set of economic policies based on corporatist and leadership principles embraced the ideal of the corporatist"company unio" (Werksgemeinschaft) and described the employer as the"Fuhre" within his factory.
