rico:scopeAndContent "The file contains two summaries of the foreign policy of Nazi Germany from 1933 till November 2nd in 1936, when the reports were completed. Both reports explain objectivly the development and establishment of the foreign policy of the Nazi regime. One report is devided into five parts, starting with the prehistory and point of departure of Germany and Europe generally. In January 1933, when Hitler was named as chancellor of Germany the international labor organization and several european ministries were under shock, as the concept of a resettlement of Germany in the 'European concept of diplomacy' could not be carries on under this circumstances. The second part is concerning the start of the Nazi foreign policy in 1933 and taking stock of of the first two years. Hitler would not fully achieve full dictatorial power until after the death of Hindenburg in August 1934, as Hindenburg remained commander-in-chief of the military and retained the power to negotiate foreign treaties. The third part is labeled as the second period of the Nazi foreign policy in which Hitler formally renounced the disarmament clauses of the Treaty of Versailles and re-introduced conscription in 1935, furthermore he started his activities in South-East Europe and ended the first resistances. The fouth part deals with the Rhineland Occupation in 1936, or remilitarization of the Rhineland, in the Nazi propaganda\"Rhineland liberation, which contains the stationing of troops of the Wehrmacht in the Rheinland. Furthermore it reports about the reactions of the victorious powers Great Britain and France and new established alliances. In the fith part the revision and expansion of Germany is explained. As the foreign policy of the years before was the precursor for the 'Großmacht-Status' (great power status). The resume of the report is, that after four years of Nazi foreign police, the fight for the actual goals of Hilter will start now (1936)."@en ;
