The Anglo - German information service published a report about the 'German winterhelp campain'. In this the Anglo - German information service wanted to present how helpfull and caring the National Socialist Welfare Society in Germany is. Furthermore a copy of a radio breadcarst of Hitler's speech to the winterhelp campain of 1939 is contained in the file.
