rico:scopeAndContent "The file contains a report by Mr. Arthur Gütt, Berlin, presented to the World Congress on Social Work, in London. Dated at July 1936. Athur Julius Gütt was a member of the NSDAP and employed in the Ministry of the Interior (Reichsministerium des Innern (RMI)), particular in the Office of Public Health. The report is about the hygiene and the community in Germany. Which means the hygiene law of 1935 forbids, among other things, marriages with people who are considered as 'sick' or impure', but promote the racial hygiene. Mr. Gütt's report covers also the legal position of public health authorities in Germany. Every workman and employee, as well as every person is assured by the German health laws. The hygiene laws as well as the doctors have to assume the role of admonishers of the national community and preserve the race and culture."@en ;
