Protocoll of a meeting between representatives of the Realm commissioner, the regional commissioner, the areal commissioner of Riga area and representatives of the SchuPo (State Protection Police) about"Ghetto question". The meeting was initiated by the commander of the security police and intelligence service (SD). The protocoll states agreements about security patrols. The protocoll states an agreemnet about the installation of an announcement in German and Latvian at the entrance of the Ghettos and the installation of orders on boards at the Ghetto fence. Statements about orders regarding identity cards for the Ghetto, allocation of buildings in the Ghetto and moving goods out of the Ghetto.
