The file contains the German transcript of the sentence against Dr. Schmidt and his nurse, H. Schuerg in Court of appeal about the Euthanasia case. Dr. Schmidt and H. Schuerg have been sentenced before for killing numerous people with injections. The appeal court has changed Dr. Schmidt's sentence from life long prison to death penalty. Furthermore, the transcrip gives details about the ruling, that even if they obeyed the law under Hitler, people can still be hold accountable.
