Description of the National Socialist program and policy. Since 1933, Jewish Organizations in England, America and other countries recognized that in order to save the young Jewish generation, who had no life in Germany, a program of directed migration was necessary. The Council for German Jewry was then formed in order to co-ordinate the efforts of the Organizations outside Germany and to meet the aggravation of the social and economic distress of German Jewry. Jews in Germany are economically deprived.
