In the letter, Graves explains why he wants to comply with Neville Laski's request to release the information and material relating The Protocols of the Wise man of Zion. The anti-Semitic propaganda, especially by Fleischhauer, in Germany has personally attacked him and his German relatives, accused Graves of false reporting and presented The Protocols of the wise man of Zion as true.
