The both present the Legal opinion regarding the first and second instance of the Bern trial, in which the main concern is the question of the Protocols as immoral Literature. It argues that the publications could not be considered as immoral literature by the Bernois law since they do not contain corrupting characteristics. Instead, the Jewish question examined in these publications should be view as a Political Question.
