The file contains a clip newspaper from"Le Temp", Paris [dated to 27th May 1937] which reports about the moving of the Protocols affair to the Bern Court of Appeal on the next 27th October, as a continuation of the previous trial at the Bern Court of first instance two years ago. The clip reminds that the defendants were sentenced to pay fines for the spread of immoral literature.
