rico:scopeAndContent "The file contains a letter (dated to 29th October 1937 in Paris) addressed to a non-identified person (“Cher Monsieur”) by the Secretary of the Alliance Israelite Universelle, Mr. Sally Mayer, which lets him know that a telegram written in the following words: “ZITAT URSPRUNG FAELSCHUNG WIR SCHICKEN GEDRUCKTEN TEXT ALLIANCE”, has been sent to him. It is about Dr. Ursprung’s statement from 28th October, who quoted an article by Mr. Maurice Bloch published in la “Revue Juive”, Paris. [Dr. Ursprung] actually quoted a lecture given by Mr. Bloch at the Societe des Etudes Juives on 28th January 1899 and published in the Revue des Etudes Juives the same year. A copy of the lecture is attached to the letter and Mr. Mayer mentions that the text falsified by Dr. Ursprung is in the page 10."@en ;
