The complainants are the Swiss Jewish Community and the Swiss Zionist Organization. The complaint is directed against the publishers of Beek’s book (“Les secrets des sages de Sion”), and of Fritsch’s book (“Les protocoles de Sion”), as well as against M. Zander, the former director of the National Front’s newspaper “Le balai de fer”, who affirmed the Protocols authenticity.
