The file contains bills and notes in reference to the Bern trial. The notes are on Fleischhauer's expenditure, as he wanted to deduct more than necessary. He calculates expenses for books, which belonged to him before the trial. He also calculates office and personnel costs, which are significantly higher than for all other experts. A list for general issues, such as costs for copies, telephone costs, newspapers and so on are attached. In addition, information of the Protocols the Wise man of Zion, the witnesses and questions that are of importance for the trial are attached. Remarks on testimonies, expertises, literature and quotations from Fleischhauer are also attached. Particular reference is made to his use of literature.
