The file contains documents regarding the Bern trial. The documents include expert reports by Arthur Baumgarten, by Prof. Dr. Ludwig, by Flauschhauer and one which is not labeled with a name. Ludwig's report deals with the work"The Talmud Hungaria", published by Alfons Luzsensky. Ludwig was asked to answer two questions regarding"The Talmud Hungaria" respective the Bern trial. Baumgarten's report deals with the authenticity of the 'Protocols', which he dubbed a fake. The third report deals with the question of whether the criminal complaint of the offense against the 'Schundliteratur' (trash literature) is lawful. The opinion of Fleischhauer is briefly outlined and then criticized. For example, his wrong citation in which he cautiously tore quotes out of context or half-rendered them.
