The file contains a legal opinion regarding the Dreyfuss-Brodsky and Cohn trial in 1934. Jules Dreyfuss-Brodsky, Dr. Marcus Cohn and Marcus Ehrenpreis indicted Alfred Zander and Max Amann for the publication and dissemination of the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. Furthermore Alfred Zander is accused that he confirmed in the newspaper the 'Der eiserne Besen' (the Iron Broom) the authenticity of the protocols.
