The file contains the 21st and 22nd Bulletin from a series of Bulletins dealing with events in the Bern trial. It has been published by the Swiss Federation of Jewish Communities in Switzerland. This Bulletin regards the 13th day of trial on the 13th of Mai 1935. Since autumn 1934 the trial has been prepared in order to hear the case of the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. At this day the 21st and 22nd sessions were opened by judge Walter Meyer. The defender of Silvio Schnell, Ruef, submitted following applications: acquittal of the accused Schnell. Furthermore he spoke about the the authenticity of the 'Protocols'.
