He declared that the 'Protocols of the wise man of Zion' as a plagiarism and a forgery produced by helpers of the tsarist Russian Okhrana, anti-Semitic expert Ulrich Fleischhauer claimed, on the other hand, that they were genuine but of uncertain authorship. In this trial Ernst Leonhard also accused Loosli of defamation. The document also presents a statement of C.A.
