Document prodiving the judgment of a Cairo tribunal in the case of Jabes vs. Cairo German Club.The club issued a brochure concerning the bad influence of the Jews' control of Germany, and the plaintiff, Mr. Jabes, set out to prove the brochure was libel. The court ruled that Mr. Jabes and his con-plaintiffs, not being German Jews, are not targetted in the brochure in any way, and have no cause to see it as defiling their honour.
